Requirements
- Pass a medical examination
- Pass a drug test
- Pass a general background investigation per state ordinances
- Obtain a Merchant Guard Card
- Clean criminal background (no felony convictions)
- Valid character references
Training Provided
All new security officers receive comprehensive training including First Aid/CPR, basic security awareness, fire safety, customer service, defensive tactics, proper use of force, report writing, evacuation procedures, and much more. Armed officers receive additional firearms training with NRA-certified range instructors.
