Reception and Access Control
Reception of office personnel requires continuous awareness of all authorized persons entering, exiting, or visible from the concierge area. Our concierge officers provide a comprehensive range of front-desk services, including:
- Issuing passes or badges to visitors and contractors
- Inspecting and searching bags or packages as required
- Maintaining detailed log entries of all personnel
- Providing building and road directions to visitors
